Professional Masterclasses
We provide professional masterclasses that help you to:
Get inspired by UK's most influential Non Executive Directors
Build your personal brand
- Develop skills to oversee a company
Mentoring Sessions
You will be matched with a Journi Mentor to help you seek out best opportunities for you and position yourself to progress
Board Position
Join the Board of a leading company or charity for 18 months
Inspirational Networking Sessions
Through our welcome and celebration event you will hear from our founder, senior sponsors and network with professionals who are part of the Journi community
Application Criteria
Minimum of 7 years experience
Black, female or household income of less than £25k
Available to attend all sessions listed on programme timetable
Application Process

Meet the team
Book a meeting with our Programme Manager if you want to better understand whether you're a fit for the role. While it's not compulsory, doing this increases your chances of securing a place by 60%.

Journi Interview
We assess all applications and respond within a fortnight.

Sign agreement
If you are successful, we require you to sign to the programme Terms and Conditions within 48 hours of accepting an offer.

Join the programme
Welcome! You will always be invited to a special welcome event where you are formally inducted onto the programme. Here you meet senior sponsors, mentors, our founder and fellow Programme Participants.
