Workshop: Measure
How to measure inclusion and diversity within your business, sharing best practice.
Learn how to take a baseline measure of inclusion and diversity within your team, department or across your organisation.
Workshop: Identify
How to identify priority focus areas and identify best practices to tackle key issues.
Review your EDI baseline scores and select a couple interventions to implement. The workshop will help you test the effectiveness of your chosen interventions, and those of others in the programme.
Workshop: Refine
How to refine interventions to yield maximum benefit.
We'll review the effectiveness of selected interventions and share best practice with others for further refinement. At the end of the session, you will be able to identify clear actions to improve outcomes of your chosen interventions.
Workshop: Reflect
Outline of key achievements and highlights of the Inclusive Leaders Programme.

Application Criteria
• There is no explicit application criteria however this programme is designed to support HR and EDI Leaders who want to take a strategic approach to improving equity, diversity and inclusion within their organisations by learning from subject matter experts.
• To maximise the impact of the learning and foster meaningful change, we strongly encourage two participants from each organisation to attend. Having pairs attend together ensures shared learning and smoother implementation of the strategies and insights gained throughout the programme.
• If you are not working in HR or EDI, but are a senior leader with decision-making power, interested in taking part in this programme, please still apply.
