Programme Structure
Leadership Masterclasses
We provide leadership masterclasses that will help you to:
• develop your leadership potential and effectively engage stakeholders across your company
• build your brand as a leader internally and externally
• use tools and frameworks to create an impact
Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Workshops
You will receive training on how to embed best-in-class inclusion and diversity practices to ensure inclusion and diversity runs through the veins of your company's hiring, onboarding, appraisal, and development plans.
Networking with Peers and Leaders
Connecting with your peers is a powerful opportunity to reflect, inspire, and share learnings with one another. You will have small group peer support sessions to help you build lifelong friendships and networks.
Through breakfasts and evening networking events, you will connect with powerful leaders and role models across the UK.
Application Criteria
Current HR Professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience*
Available to commit to a six month programme between September 2024 to February 2025
Available to attend all sessions listed on programme timetable

Application Process

Meet the Team
Book a meeting with us to better understand whether you're a fit for the programme. We will have an internal meeting and respond within a week to let you know whether this is the right programme for you.

Secure Your Place
You can also directly apply if you feel confident this is for you. Secure your place by directly buying a programme.

Sign Agreement
We require you to sign to the Programme Terms and Conditions within 48 hours of securing your place.

Programme Agreement
An agreement for you to sign which includes information about the programme and sets out some important points around what we expect from you and what you should expect from us.

Join the programme
Welcome! You will always be invited to a special welcome event where you are formally inducted onto the programme. Here you will meet senior sponsors, mentors, our founder, and fellow Programme Participants.
